Welcome to execorbit. These Terms of Service govern your use of services offered at execorbit.top.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by execorbit, you agree to these terms and all policies referenced herein.

2. Services

execorbit provides business coaching for directors on strategy, KPIs, and alignment (the "Coaching Services").

3. Info Products

execorbit may offer digital materials, courses, guides, or other informational content (the "Info Products").

4. Physical Goods

execorbit may sell physical goods such as branded materials or books (the "Goods").

5. Payments and Fees

All fees are payable as per the selected package. Payment methods accepted include credit card and bank transfer. Payments are processed securely.

6. Refund Policy

We strive for client satisfaction. Please review the refund terms below based on the type of offering:

6.1 Coaching Services

Coaching sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Clients may request rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to a session at no extra charge. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are forfeited. Fees for completed sessions are not eligible for a refund given the time and preparation involved. If coaching materials or resources have not been delivered, clients may request a refund for the undelivered portion by contacting contact.php. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

6.2 Info Products

Clients may request a refund for Info Products within 7 days of purchase provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, submit a request via contact.php with proof of minimal access. Refund approvals will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

6.3 Physical Goods

For Goods, clients may initiate a refund or swap within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To request assistance, contact contact.php. Once approved, instructions for shipping the Goods back to our facility will be provided. After receipt and inspection, a refund will be processed within 15 business days.

7. No Refund Circumstances

Any custom coaching package or one-off consulting engagement specifically labeled as non-refundable at the time of purchase is not eligible for a refund due to the bespoke nature of planning and resources allocated.

8. Changes to Terms

execorbit may update these terms at any time. The latest version will be posted at execorbit.top/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
